We close the deal in days.

We use the industry standard term “in days”, but in most cases, you’ll get paid through a title/attorney/escrow company in 14 - 30 days. They will handle the paperwork for the transaction. They will arrange to pay you directly by wire transfer, check, or cashier’s check when the transaction closes.

So, although we use the term “in days”, you’ll be paid by the title company however you choose, within 30 days.

We buy land in any condition.

Yes, you will be selling us the property as-is. All we ask is that you provide us any information you have about the property.

We’ll generally ask you a short list of questions about the property. We understand that some owners have no knowledge about the property and that is ok.

We’ll never ask you to do any work to the property before the sale is completed. We know that we’re buying it just as it is now.

We pay back taxes.

During our due diligence, we notice whether the deal seems relevant to us or not. If everything seems relevant to us and there are back taxes on the property, we will pay that as well.

We pay all closing costs.

That's right, all closing costs on us and you will be paid the full agreed upon price.
